Sat. 23 June 2012 in CNPS hall, Buea-Cameroon, was a historic date in Reconciliation Ministry (REMI) Worldwide, as the President/Founder, Rev. John NUMBE NWAFOR was being ordained by International Circle Of Faith (ICOF), USA, alongside his wife, Rev. (Mrs) NUMBE Guilene Alida, and 7 others. At 2:00 p.m., the college of bishops processed, marking the start of a hectic occasion for the consecration of Bishop TEMBI Alfred, the ordination of 8 Rev. Pastors (our Papa & Mama inclusive), graduation from a school of ministry and awards of doctorate degrees to 6 persons. Closing at 6:30 p.m., many members of REMI Worldwide, of Gospel Ministers’ Forum (GMF), relatives and friends honoured the ordained servants of God by gathering at their home for a quantitative and qualitative reception.
As their immediate commitment, Rev. John & Alida NUMBE invites everybody to join them in reconciling the lost to Christ more and more, by supporting major evangelistic projects at hand as follows:
1. Construction of a semi-building structure in Wondjia, Buea, called Retreat Centre, in preparation for REMI 10th Anniversary next year.
2. Missionary work to begin in Wum, North West Region of Cameroon, right away as Pas. AMBE Felix, graduating from Cameroon Baptist Theological Seminary in Ndu, moves there with his family.
3. Mass production of tracts, ministry courses and recorded messages (audio & video) which are in high demand for the work of the Ministry in Cameroon and Nigeria (Calabar), where intensive evangelistic and leadership training work is going on.
