Prophetic Releases and Fulfillments

Prophecy is a gift that’s still in use in the Church of Jesus Christ. It can be a “forth telling” or a “fore telling” of the Word of God. Unfortunately, too many criticisms and fear of the unknown continually deprive our churches and ministries from enjoying this gift from God.

We are glad to introduce you to a realm of prophecies, tested and approved by their fulfillments in due seasons. All the releases carrying the prophecies were published by email and/ or on hard print (brochures) before the time of fulfillment.

One faithful email correspondent once wrote, “Bro. John when I receive your mails I print them out. If there’re prophecies included I underline them and wait for fulfillment. Then I share the teaching in a study group.”

We pray that reading through you will be strengthened, encouraged and comforted towards the grace God has bestowed upon your life (1Corinthians 14:3). Whatever dream you gave up you can pick up! Bishop Oyedepo said, “If you don’t have a goal you will leave like a goat”. God forbid that you turn out to be insignificant in life in Jesus’ name!

Prophecy 1: THE GLORY OF GOD UPON CAMEROON IN THREE YEARS

Reference: Read the following email releases
1.    ECHOES OF THE SUBSTANCE OF RECONCILIATION - BY FATE OR BY CHOICE (dated  March 2001)
2.    CAMEROON PROPHETICALLY RELEASED AND SOON WILL BE ESTABLISHED! (dated December 2001)
Fulfillment:

The above email releases make up a sequential and clear proclamation about “the Glory of God" that effectively located the nation of Cameroon upon the third year from the time of release; that is 2003.

The most convincing proof is that Rev. Billy Lubanza, the visionary of Fire Conference (which is the largest Christian gathering in Cameroon), did not organize the conference in 2003. The Limbe Council of Churches (a local association of Gospel ministers) took the challenge, making proof that the Church in Cameroon is growing up a heart for the propagation of the Gospel.

The other convincing proof is that on the conference poster (or outdoor bill) they wrote, "BRINGING DOWN THE GLORY OF GOD UPON CAMEROON". Striking enough, Pas. John kept using that statement in the two releases mentioned above; which was read by multitudes on the internet and on brochures.  This can’t be a mere coincidence; it’s a revelation, and a confirmation to the prophecies gone ahead.

Yet, another proof is that in September 2003, the islamic youths in Cameroon held a conference in Maroua-Cameroon. In the report of that conference, they spelled out strategies to Islamize the country. The panic one can see in their report is a fact that the Presence of God’s best - the Glory of God - is a threat that is being fought out by the kingdom of darkness.

The sudden vulnerability of the United States of America revealed to the whole world by the bombarding of World Trade Center and the attempt on the Pentagon, on the 11th September 2001, is an eloquent proof that USA has recessed deeply in spiritual leadership. To quote Carman, an American musician, “America has rejected God”. Consequently, God has also rejected America. Going by all the signs and revelations, we can see a shift of the Glory to Cameroon.

It’s not a mere coincidence that His Excellency Paul Biya, President of the Republic of Cameroon, was the only guest of President George Bush at the White House on the day US troops started war in Irak. This was a spiritual trading of God’s Glory between USA and Cameroon. Cameroon, "Land of Glory, Land of Promise", as written in the National Anthem, is launching into a new age. Whereas, USA has received a blow it may never recover from.

PROPHECY 2: GOD’S JUDGMENT UPON EVIL FORCES THAT RESIST THE GLORY OF GOD IN CAMEROON

Reference: oral proclamation on March 1st, 2003, during a meeting in Buea – Cameroon. It prompted a 7-day fast that culminated with a possession march on the street. (Photo)

Fulfillment

Pathetic things happened in Cameroon soon after the declaration of judgment on evil forces that try to resist God’s Glory.

Without insinuating anything or accusing anyone; we wish to recall some of these things that happened:

-    On May 2003, the Cameroonian soccer Mac Vivian Foe died dramatically on the play ground, during the Confederations Cup in France;

-    Some months later, a certain man in Douala-Cameroon, was reported to have resurrected from the dead. Many people who crave for miracles without much regard to the WORD OF GOD rush there from all over the nation. But, it was quickly discovered that this fellow was a missing child from the North West Province.

-    A bus transporting the corpse of a child and the bereaved family felt into a tragic accident, in Deido-Douala (Cameroon), and the people all died. A famous radio journalist, Mr. Kole George, said, “The corpse died again”.

In fact, in that season, horrible things were just happening. God loves His people; yet, Romans 11: 22 warns us of His judgment as well.

Prophecy 3: GOD’S JUDGMENT UPON THE CHURCH IN CAMEROON

Reference: Read the following email release:

ALONE WITH GOD (Dated Feb. 2004)

Fulfillment:

Reading this release, "ALONE WITH GOD", you will find serious warning to Christians about religion for God without relationship with God. It opened up with a thorough description of trials that churches will face before the end of that same year, that’s 2004. One of the trials was the invading of the church house by policemen to drag out Christians.

Instances that marked the fulfillment of this prophecy are so exact. In October 2004 (eight months later), the Governor of the South West Province (Cameroon) issued a radio communiqué, listing out about 25 churches in the whole province to stop activities with immediate effect, pending their authorization from Government to operate. Interestingly, the prophecy insisted on the university environment; thus, we understand why Winners Chapel (located in the neighbourhood of the University of Buea) suffered most. Police forces drove out Christians from the church and sealed the doors. They wiped off the writings on the walls. A television broadcast was made of the church as being illegal.

In Bafoussam, West Province of Cameroon, a scandal logging Christians with the forces of law and order occurred earlier in August. After the Nigerian musician, Agatha Moses, had staged a concert there, she ran into a financial controversy with host pastors. The matter went to police and the pastors were arrested.

Prophecy 4: THE GOSPEL BACK TO THE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS

Reference: Listen to the recorded message entitled, "THREE KEYS TO PREVAILING PRAYER" by Pas. John NUMBE. He preached in a campus crusade organized by FEMI, in December 2004, in Buea-Cameroon. As he ministered, John Numbe declared by the Spirit of God saying, “the Gospel must to back to the University (of Buea) campus by March 2005. At that time, the school authorities had banned the preaching of the Gospel on campus, to the point of dismissing a student who was caught distributing gospel tracts.

Fulfillment:

When March 2005 came, God instructed His servant, John NUMBE, to erect altars on campus, which he did. It followed that the powers of darkness that controlled the school were over-powered.

This spiritual law was translated into a physical reality by the one month strike action the university students engaged into. The strike resulted to a change of Vice-Chancellor and other top administrators; many positive changes in student living standards; the creation of a student union; etc. In their fight for freedom, all the students claimed their campus was enshrined and should be purified by the blood of Jesus.

Though we regret the heavy human and material loses, we testify that on the other hand the strike was a spiritual battle that “brought back the Gospel into the university campus”. We bless the Lord however for the contributions that the fallen authorities brought to that school; but with God “change” is undeniable as long as it relates to His Glory.

Prophecy 5: THE BEST FOR BELIEVERS AND THE WORST FOR UNBELIEVERS

Reference: Read the following email release

RAIN!? (Dated Jan. 2008)

Fulfillment:

This prophecy was fulfilled the following month; through an unprecedented national strike action in Cameroon. Neither President Biya nor any politician had imagined that the civil society could be that bold in claiming their rights for basic commodities.

Taking a close study of the release mentioned above, we understand that God Himself was pouring out “rain”; and He will do it again until His Glory is reverence throughout the land. If we recollect facts related to the complete paralysis of socio-economic activities, heavy human and material loses and threat to government power, occurred just in that one week of strike; it becomes so evident that no man (including rulers who have diplomatic immunity) is safe in Cameroon now except his/ her life is in Christ.

The prophecy in “RAIN!?” pointed out that the power of God was visiting the land in the magnitude of a rain fall. It emphatically showed the effects of the inflated prices of goods on Cameroonians. However, it said that believers would be at their best and unbelievers at their worst.

“As it was in the days of Noah, it is happening in Cameroon…”  This statement insisted that the severe economic crisis is no problem to born again Christians because they are in the ark; that’s in the place of safety prepared by God; same as Noah was. The rain that drowned the people in Noah’s time is the same rain that lifted Noah up. The prophecy explained the relevance of the emblematic features of Cameroon such as the National Anthem, the motto, the position, etc., in relation to God’s irrevocable plan to bless the land.

PROPHECY 6: AFRICA WILL CELEBRATE JUBILEE IN 2010

Reference: Order for a copy of the VCD titled, “HOPE FOR THE HOPELESS” and Read the following email release.

Africa Prepares for Jubilee! (dated May 2007; revised Dec. 2007)

Fulfillment:

The pictures, colours and majesty of state celebrations termed “50th Anniversary” by many African nations in 2010 represent the eloquent proof of Jubilee over Africa.
